What’s Measure A?

Measure A is gonna be on all our ballots, but what the heck is it? I know it has to do with a homelessness tax but that's about it. I don't know how it's funded, or who it will benefit. But you know who does know? Elyse Schwartz, from The Center in Hollywood, a drop-in center for our homeless neighbors.  Elyse is joining HODG on Zoom to give us a quick overview of the Measure, and answer any questions we have. This will be quick, and helpful.
