THE LA HOUSING SOLUTIONS BALLOT MEASURE: A ZOOM

I've written about the in-person meeting about this ballot measure.  This is about the Zoom Meeting.  

There's a large coalition of homelessness/housing orgs across LA County – including Covenant House, LA Forward, & LA Voice – that are working together to gather 400,000 signatures to get a homeless service measure on our November ballots.

In 2017 Los Angeles County residents passed Measure H which funded homelessness programs.  That measure has a sunset in 2027, when it is scheduled to end.  This new Housing Solutions ballot measure – would make Measure H  and its funding of homeless services permanent.  (Can you imagine what will happen to unhoused folks and what our city will look like without that funding??)

Please join this ZOOM, and learn more!  Hopefully it will motivate you to collect signatures from registered voters in your neighborhood.
