COCKTAILS (OR SPARKLING WATERS) with JESSICA MORSE (CA-3)

Pour a glass of LaCroix and have a chat with Jessica Morse, the perfect person to represent CA-3, a  very long district that runs from the Northern Sierra’s through Lake Tahoe and Mammoth, all the way down to Death Valley.  Basically some of the most beautiful land in this country.  Which is why Jessica's so perfect for it!
 

For the past 4 years, Jessica was Deputy Secretary for Forest and Wildland Fire at the California Natural Resources Agency working on the frontline of the wildfire crisis and fast-tracking wildfire prevention efforts. She's also a member of the U.S. Wildland Fire Mitigation and Management Commission, helping develop recommendations and strategies to reshape national wildfire policies.

Jessica’s priority is to protect California’s public lands and our clean water, and invest in clean energy to address climate change. No wonder she's endorsed by the League of Conservation Voters and the NRDC. And why she needs to represent this district!

And yeah, this is a tough district BUT two things -- one, it’s getting less tough: in 2020 it was R + 9 . Now it’s R +3.  And two, all the Democratic leaders in all 10 counties of the district -- including our very own Chris Bubser – are working as a team to ensure that Jessica gets to Congress.  This can happen, but they need our help!  Come meet Jessica and see if you can give it.
