HODG’s CALIFORNIA CLIMATE DAY

Mid-September is when the California State Legislature votes on the bills for that year. We need to urge our electeds -- who want to do the right thing, but need to know we have their backs -- to vote the earth friendly way. 

What will happen on CLIMATE DAY? Across the city -- Brentwood, Hancock Park, Studio City, and anywhere else you want one to be -- HODG will have Climate Hubs (kind of like the lunch drive). These Climate Hubs will occur at people’s homes, at local coffee shops, wherever the hosts want them. At these hubs, you will learn a little about the bills and then call your state legislator.

We are asking/begging/demanding that ALL OF YOU stop by one of these hubs on that Saturday. The good news is that it being a Saturday means no one will be in their offices so you can all leave messages – I know how terrified most of you are to talk to real people. So don't worry. It's gonna be so easy and so fun you won't want to leave!  You'll feel so bad ass after doing this. Like AOC but more effective.
