Birthday cakes for our youth

Calling all bakers!

HODG is teaming up with My Friend’s Place to provide cakes for their monthly birthday celebrations. MFP helps youth who are experiencing homelessness move toward wellness, stability and self-sufficiency— and birthday cakes are a little “slice” of joy we can help provide.

We’ll be delivering cakes on the 4th Friday of every other month, starting June 23rd.

The next round will be August 25th, and then October 27th, etc.

You don’t need to be an expert baker to join in!

Whether from scratch or from a box or even from the bakery down the street, we just need four to five cakes (or cupcakes equivalent) to offer 60 servings for the guests of MFP each month.
